Branch Management
Said Gilke
We have now been operating in Berlin for 25 years and our corporate philosophy is also lived and passed on here.
The man who contributes to this in a big way is our branch manager Said Gilke.
Said has been with Pütz Security AG since 2002, was appointed Deputy Branch Manager in 2014, and became our Berlin Branch Manager in 2019.
Said was able to gain a lot of experience during his time in our company – he looked after boxers on behalf of Pütz Security AG (also during stays abroad such as in the USA, Poland, etc.), numerous stars such as Channing Tatum and many more.
Today, he is the first point of contact for our customers in Berlin.
In addition to customer service, his responsibilities include planning, controlling and managing personnel, creating order documentation and service instructions, and implementing new orders. Especially orders in the field of separate guarding and event security are prepared and supervised by Said and his team.
In addition, Said is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators in the branch as well as for optimizing staff deployment.

Fayez Gilke
In our company, we attach great importance to the quality of our security services in order to satisfy our customers not in the short term, but in the long term. These include special services such as a direct line to top management, security concepts tailored to the client by studied security experts, and comprehensive quality management directly on site.
Our Senior Advisor Germany Fayez Gilke holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and Police Science as well as in Security Management. He completed both degrees during his time at Pütz Security AG. He was our branch manager in Berlin for eleven years and is now a Germany-wide consultant for our company.
His responsibilities include the Germany-wide strategic development of our company, the expansion and coordination of the branch offices as well as budget planning and monitoring of key performance indicators in the various regions.
In addition, he creates security concepts and risk analyses and is also our AEVO trainer in Berlin for office management and specialists for protection and security.
Public transport guarding
Dominic Deucker
From ticket checks to the enforcement of house rights and the prevention of damage to property to the general protection of passengers, Pütz Security AG has been involved in the field of public transport since 2017.
Since the beginning of our involvement in this area, we have grown steadily and can look back on a successful cooperation with our partners.
Division Manager Dominic Deucker and his team have been responsible for this area and similar orders of this type since 2020.
Trainee office management
The training of our employees is a very special priority for us, which is why we also try to involve our trainees in the daily work routine in the best possible way and hand over responsibility to them at our Berlin branch.
Our office management trainees are quickly given independent tasks and become an integral part of our everyday office life. Their tasks include managing personnel data, recording working hours and absences, reconciling invoices and also arranging and conducting job interviews. In addition, they are also involved in decision-making processes.
Trainee specialists for protection and security
Trained and competent personnel is a prerequisite for success in the security industry. This is precisely why we have been focusing on in-house training for years.
With Fayez Gilke, our trainees for protection and security specialist have a training manager at their side who has the necessary know-how and experience in the industry. He imparts the necessary knowledge to the trainees, which he possesses on the one hand due to his specialist training and on the other hand due to his many years of experience in the industry, in order to be able to act correctly in the most diverse situations. Even outside of the technical discussions, we in the company always have an open ear for our trainees and try to help them in word and deed at all times.
