Company structure

Flat hierarchies, rapid information and decision-making channels, one face to the customer – these are just a few of the principles that guide our personnel structures within the company. Clients should be able to turn to a competent contact person at eye level and employees should be professionally managed.

We achieve this through specialized subject areas (divisions), each of which is managed by a division manager and his team. Similar orders are processed in the same specialist area, so that ultimately all clients can benefit from the resulting expertise. In addition, employees find in their division manager a supervisor who understands their concerns and can respond to them.

Over the years, site-specific subject areas have developed in the area of operational planning, and the operational level also has object-specific hierarchies. The commercial and administrative areas, on the other hand, are coordinated centrally. All sites have personnel, recruitment and tender officers, all of whom are monitored and advised by a central management team.

With our headquarters in Kaltenkirchen (Schleswig-Holstein) and branch offices in Berlin and Munich, as well as operating facilities in Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main and Kiel, ensuring our general principles and corporate philosophy is very important in all locations and at all levels. For this reason, our Executive Board is very close to the management team of all locations and, above all, to the respective branch manager. This short connection enables fast and efficient communication and decision-making processes. This ensures short processing times and a comprehensive level of information at all levels.

Furthermore, our Executive Board members not only exercise an advisory function to our department heads, but also monitor and promote the implementation of measures to maintain a continuous improvement process. This structure allows for organic growth while we continue to meet the quality standards and workplace safety requirements of our employees.

Financial accounting

Stephan Pütz & Julia Weisphal

This area is responsible for any finances of the company and the company’s own accounting.

Our CFO Stephan Pütz has been in charge of the financial accounting since the year 2000 and personally monitors every incoming and outgoing payment of Pütz Security AG.

Every single receipt crosses his desk; every booking is made independently by him.

He is supported in this by Julia Weisphal, who prepares and supervises wage and salary payments.

Human Resources

In this area, among other things, personnel files are created, managed and maintained; employment contracts and other agreements are drawn up; personnel statistics are compiled and analyzed, and much more. This department is also in constant contact with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, billing offices, insurance companies and contractual partners. The well-being of our employees is, of course, always our top priority.

Each site has its own personnel administration officer who performs the tasks listed above on a site-specific basis. These activities are monitored centrally by the HR management. This ensures a uniform approach to this area of activity, even across sites.

Applicant Management

Every service company stands and falls with its personnel. It’s the same in the security industry. In order to keep up with the increasing number of orders and not suffer any loss of quality, it is particularly important to us to be able to attract qualified personnel and win them over. Because of this, we have created a department that deals exclusively with the issues of recruitment, application structures and selection criteria. The aim is to optimize structures as far as possible in order to make the application process as efficient as possible for both the applicant and our company, and to retain qualified employees in our company in the long term.

This department is also supervised by a central management in order to be able to guarantee a uniform approach of all sites. In addition, each site’s recruiters are required to provide management with monthly updates on recruitment process KPIs. This ensures an overview of the complete success of this department at all times.

Tenders

All of our company’s tendering activities are also monitored centrally and advised by our tender management team.

In doing so, she always actively supports our tendering teams at all locations and allows them to benefit from her knowledge. In addition, this represents the direct line to the Board of Management.
