Quality standard
To illustrate the quality understanding of Pütz Security AG, the certified quality management system should be mentioned first. All work processes in the company are quality-checked by independent institutions and are regularly controlled:
- Our quality management meets the requirements of ISO 9001 & DIN 77200:2017
- We ensure quality through training (including training in the areas of fire protection, first aid, intercultural competence and crisis management; free training for our employees on expertise according to §34a GewO with an IHK-certified instructor)
- We are a member of the Federal Association of the Security Industry (BDSW)
The implementation of the requirements to be met in this context in daily operations is the responsibility of the respective division managers. In addition, however, a quality management representative of the company checks compliance with these guidelines; on the one hand on an ad hoc basis (e.g. in the case of new orders), but also on a regularly recurring basis as part of regular audits and internal audits.
The Quality Management Officer also ensures that the quality specifications of the Board of Management are met. These additional requirements are characterized by a greater level of detail, as the Executive Board takes into account order- and company-specific circumstances and defines supplementary standards on this basis.
Finally, it should be mentioned that, for the sake of clarity, this presentation is only a very high-level description, which is only intended to illustrate the high importance of quality assurance in the company. However, achieving the desired quality state is much more complex and is realized through the systematic interaction of all organizational measures from many different areas.
