All possible events are detected by appropriate sensors and sent to a PC-controlled alarm center. Here, an electronic evaluation takes place and the events are transmitted to our service control center via a telephone line. These events are recorded and documented in our central computers. This results in immediate notification of all contractually agreed measures, which are immediately processed by our personnel.

Example burglary: Alerting the police and/or deployment of our precinct control drivers. At the same time, the reference persons named by the client (e.g. managing director) are notified in accordance with the intervention plan. Furthermore, it is possible to establish a communication link of video images and voice transmission.
