Max Rietdorf Ramos Rocha
Since 01.10.2020 we may also call Munich another home of Pütz Security AG. Here, too, we place great emphasis on family management and are proud that our values are conveyed by our team on site. Above all, our branch manager Max Rietdorf Ramos Rocha contributes to this in a big way.
Max has been part of our company since 2017, was division manager of our Berlin branch until mid-2020, and was appointed branch manager of our Munich branch in October 2020. During his time at Pütz Security AG, he was already able to gain both administrative and operational experience.
Today, he is the first point of contact for our customers in Munich and is also in direct contact with our Executive Board.
In addition to customer service, Max is also responsible for planning, controlling and managing personnel, as well as creating order documentation, safety concepts and service instructions. In addition, new orders are also prepared and supervised by Max and his team.
The branch manager is also responsible for monitoring key performance indicators in the branch and optimizing personnel deployment.
Division Management
This department works in support of the branch management and also provides the link to the operational level.
The daily routine of the division management includes, among other things, technical consultations, object surveys, operational meetings and the preparatory personnel management. The department works closely with both the branch management and the operational level.
