Our guiding principle is: “We only speak of safety when our customers also feel safe”.

As a matter of principle, we focus on high-quality security services in order to satisfy our customers not in the short term, but in the long term. These include special services such as a direct line to top management, security concepts tailored to the client by studied security experts, extensively trained and bilingual security staff, and comprehensive quality management directly on site. Even though such additional standards may sometimes seem unnecessary at first glance, our experience to date has shown that this is the only way to minimize risks and guarantee a truly high standard of safety.

This principle is also directly related to our core values. These are competence, transparency and a one-face-to-the-customer mentality. It is of utmost importance for us to build an accessible relationship with our customers and we believe that this can only be achieved if there is trust and honesty between both parties. Before a project can begin, it is essential for us that our customers have confidence in our services and our communication.

Part of the trust required is based on the competence of our employees. Therefore, we place special emphasis on the training of our staff to promote the quality of our services and ensure their safety in the workplace. Due to their high priority, the training of our employees is directly under the supervision of our Board of Directors, which also ensures that the extensive experience of our management team is passed on directly.

In addition, this organizational feature underscores our second core value, transparency, which is reflected in flat hierarchies as well as open communication throughout our company. We emphasize this characteristic because we are convinced that open and transparent communication with our partners and customers can only be achieved if the same standards are first practiced and established internally. In fact, we treat each customer and their interests as if they were an integral part of our own company.

Given our strong focus on competence and transparency and the respective measures to achieve these two goals, our promise of a one-face-to-the-customer mentality is easy to deliver as we maintain a network of continuous learning and rapid information flow.
